The Brief
To create a full fan animated music video for the K-pop group known as ATEEZ using their emotional song named turbulence.
Challenges
The main challenges would be the development of the animation to match the lyrics of the song as the language difference caused some difficulties. Since the song is also considered "sad" I needed to ensure the pacing of the animation also matched the emotions evoked from the song.
My Unique Solution
Visually I enhanced the animation by using my signature turbulent displace effect however I implemented adjustment layers that also increased the visual appeal of the piece despite it being purely grayscale. I made sure to utilize assets and label my scenes well throughout the entire process of creating the animation. The whole music video took approximately a week of working on to finish completely and I am happy with the overall execution.
